Shipments are made worldwide.

All shipments are FREE shipping.

From the moment the order is completed, we make sure that it leaves us the same or the next working day. Our shipments are made via ELTA Courier and the delivery time is:

1-2 working days in Attica

1-3 working days in the rest of Greece

1-3 working days in inaccessible areas

**Covid-19 UPDATES** Restrictions on travel have dramatically affected courier service, so be aware that significant delays in your parcel deliveries are very likely. Thanks for your understanding.

Once the parcel is gone from us, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your order & the shipment number of the parcel to track it through www.elta-courier.gr/search.

On Saturdays and Sundays not shipments are made.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS​

The AFTER SALES department is here to serve the following needs:

- Product change

- Defective replacement

- Money return

PRODUCT CHANGE

• Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt
• The return cost is borne by the mini parts (in case you regretted the purchase of the order, the return is at your own expense, 6 €).
• Returns outside Greece are not accepted.
• The packaging should be intact as well as the product.
• You send it exclusively with ELTA Courier
• Please note that the charge is for the recipient.
• If you choose another courier the charge is for the sender
• We receive your parcel & quality control is performed
• We send you the new parcel

DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT

In the unfortunate case that you receive a defective product, you inform us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) and we take care of its immediate replacement. In case your product has been sold out, we talk to you so that you can choose one similar to it.

MONEY RETURN

Even if you regret your purchase and do not wish to replace it then we will refund your money.

• For the refund request we must be informed immediately (within 3 days of receipt).
• Returns are accepted within 14 days
• First contact us at info@miniparts.gr
• The packaging should be intact.
• In the package necessarily the IBAN where you would like the money to be transferred together with the name of the beneficiary + the bank (in case the payment has been made by cash on delivery), otherwise you return to the card with which you made your purchase.
• Send the parcel exclusively with ELTA Courier
• Indicate sender's fee 6 €.

CASH REQUEST POLICY

For the cases of unclaimed cash on delivery parcels that were returned to our store, they can NOT be serviced again by us with the cash on delivery service, except by payment in our bank account.
